 This page contains links to download the most commonly requested full county databases from our office.  The downloaded files are in standard ZIP compression format and are large.  The download times will vary greatly based on the speed of your connection and the availability of bandwidth on the server.  The size of each file is listed with a description below.

   Full taxroll and sales in a text file, comma separated value format.  The taxroll file contains one record for each active parcel in Manatee County and the sale file contains one record for each sale posted to an active parcel. (rollsale_ascii.ZIP 57 MB)  Click Here

   Countywide parcel boundaries in Arc/Info Shape and Export formats.  The boundary file contains one parcel for each property that has a surface interest boundary.  It does not contain information for features like condominium units and mineral rights properties.    Poolowners_in_Manatee.xls -- Excel format. The file provides location and mailing addresses for all properties with pools in Manatee County. Click Here 

   Manateesales2009.xls -- Excel format. The file contains all tranfers in Manatee County since January 2009 Click Here 

   Manateesales2010.xls -- Excel format. The file contains all tranfers in Manatee County since January 2010 Click Here 

    Subdivision-index.xls -- Excel format. The file contains each active and recorded subdivision in Manatee County. Click Here 

The map databases will be updated every two weeks while the tax roll databases are updated each week.  Other smaller databases that will be added in the future will be updated only periodically.
